This orange, cardamom, and pistachio seasonal celebration cake is made with lightly spiced orange and cardamom sponge, sandwiched and topped with pistachio buttercream. Decorated in a crescent moon shape with dried orange slices, cake crumbles, pistachios, rose petals and rosemary *.

Note: our Celebration Cakes are baked with 2 sponge layers per tier. Wedding cakes are baked with 3 sponge layers per tier for a fuller finish — see our Wedding Cakes collection.
