1. Letterbox Shipping
All of our UK-wide treats are shipped via:
- DHL Next Working Day (Tuesday–Friday): £7.95
- DHL Next Day Delivery on Saturday: £10.00
- DHL Next Day Delivery by 10:30am: £15.00
- DHL Next Day Delivery on Saturday by 10:30am: £20.00
Next Working Day deliveries are assigned a time slot directly by DHL. For a guaranteed delivery by a specific time, please select the Delivery by 10:30am option.

Please note: The shipping date you choose at checkout is the date you want your bakes delivered, so we dispatch the day before.
Bank Holidays: Delivery isn’t available on bank holidays due to DHL schedules. Our cafés remain open and your order can be collected.
Where We Ship: We ship to mainland UK. We don’t currently ship to the Channel Islands, Republic of Ireland, or internationally due to the short shelf life of our fresh products.
Third-Party Letterbox Shipping
For items shipped via third-party couriers (e.g., DHL): once your package has been collected and you’ve received a tracking email, we’re not liable for delays, damage, or loss during transit. Please contact the courier directly using your tracking details.

We offer three flexible delivery options across London — choose the one that suits you best:
All-Day Delivery Slot — £10 (incl. VAT)
- Anytime between 09:00 - 15:00
- Delivered by our Luminary driver
- Great for when you're home all day
3-Hour Zoned Delivery Slot — £18 (incl. VAT)
- Timed by area (e.g., 9–12pm, 11–2pm, 12–3pm)
- Delivery window based on your postcode
- Delivered by our Luminary driver
- Great for offices, events, or when timing matters
1-Hour Premium Delivery — £24 (incl. VAT)
- Guaranteed 1-hour delivery slot
- Delivered by private courier (Brisqq or Crawfords)
- Ideal for gifts, celebrations, or tight schedules
Wedding Cake Premium Delivery — from £30 (incl. VAT)
- Price varies by delivery zone
- £40 for extended delivery zone
We always aim to deliver within your chosen slot; however, London traffic may occasionally cause slight delays.

3. Collection
Collect from our Stoke Newington bakery (N16 8RY), Monday to Sunday.
- Please check your cake at collection to confirm you’re happy with the decoration and any piped messages; alterations can’t be made afterwards.
- Please keep to your chosen collection location, date, and time — our bakers plan and prepare around this.
