    Our Victoria Sponge Cake has all the classic elements of a beautiful Victoria Sponge, sandwiched with strawberry jam and buttercream, also available as plant-based.

    Decorated in a crescent moon shape with freeze dried strawberries, freeze dried raspberries, rose petals, raspberry powder, cake crumbs and rosemary * - perfect for any occasion.

    Note: our Celebration Cakes are baked with 2 sponge layers per tier. Wedding cakes are baked with 3 sponge layers per tier for a fuller finish — see our Wedding Cakes collection.
