A. Luminary Safeguarding Staff  

The person in receipt of disclosures or suspicions should report concerns as soon as possible (at least within 24 hours) to the SAC (Alice Williams) using the Incident Reporting Form or, if you would like to discuss / debrief by calling Alice on 02080514180 or emailing  alice@luminarybakery.com

If the SAC is unavailable, or if the concern involves them, you must report to a Trustee Responsible for Safeguarding:

Ring the Hackney Council Safeguarding Adults Team on 020 8356 5782 / 020 8356 2300 (out of hours). The Social Care Team will record relevant information from the referrer about the alleged incident and its context, and pass this on to the appropriate service team. An investigation may be carried out, and if abuse has occurred, a protection plan will be put in place.

If the adult lives in a different borough you must contact the relevant Local Authority Safeguarding Adults Team - their contact details will be available on their website.
