This role exists to champion women’s involvement in the decision making and direction of Luminary. For this reason, this role is exclusively open to Luminary trainees, graduates or alumni - we’re looking for an Involvement Champion
to inspire others in the Luminary network to use their voice for change!

Progression Support Worker

Providing specialist support for women who have experienced multiple disadvantages, empowering them to move towards independence, employment and fulfil their potential. Our progression support workers play a huge role in our work at Luminary.

Luminary Mentor

Mentors are paired with one of our graduates, who is looking to start her career. The aim is to give individual guidance with venturing into the working world or entrepreneurship and an inspirational role model to ask the right questions / support them along the way.

We expect mentors to connect with their mentees for a minimum of 1x hour a month and a maximum of 3x hours a month, for 6 months duration.

Packaging Lead

This is a brand new role for Luminary, after the rapid growth of our online store and demand from corporate clients. This role will support the bakery and production teams with the packaging of high volumes of e-commerce orders going out for delivery via DPD on a daily basis.

Senior Artisan Baker

We are looking for somebody who loves the creativity and challenge of creating high-end, artisanal Wedding and Celebration Cakes and is looking for a way to develop their skills further through greater product and line management responsibilities. This role will be part of a fast-growing bakery and production team, so we are looking for people who are keen to be team-players and help build a happy and flourishing culture of work. If you are someone who would love to apply your technical skills and expertise and contribute to the Luminary mission in doing so, we would love to hear from you!
